HOLY CITY, founded by creative partners Chris “Rich” Dozier and Troy “TC” Carroll, is shaped by a shared devotion to culture, creativity, and self-expression. Rooted in Charleston and established in Atlanta, the brand merges the raw energy of streetwear with the refinement of luxury, delivering thoughtfully crafted ready-to-wear collections. Each piece reflects the diverse experiences of two creators committed to redefining the intersection of streetwear and luxury design.Rich, born in Maryland and raised in Charleston, pursued Graphic and Web Design at The Art Institute in Atlanta, where he reconnected with TC—originally from the Bronx and also raised in Charleston. Their creative partnership began with flyordieNATION, a popular Tumblr blog that laid the foundation for HOLY CITY. Fueled by a deep appreciation for culture, fashion, and music, they immersed themselves in the industry, interning under DJ Drama at Gangsta Grillz while managing DramaliketheDJ.com. TC later refined his expertise in radio and television production before stepping into his role as Creative Director at Generation Now.
